son 1yr old..high grade fvr 102 103 101runing..giving crocin 120suspension 3.5ml every 4hrs..bt nt much difference in temparature..now i gave him last dose at 1:30am..india timings..its 1&half hr passes..atil fvr same..after sponging...can i give meftal p syrup now?
