Sorry Doctor When I Did Ultrasound Test The Result Show

sorry doctor when i did ultrasound test the result show i have ovary crystal on right side of size 3cm and left kidney increase its size which cause severe pain on left side of whole body but doctor say no effect of such condition. what shall i do due to this condition? please doctor help me
