stable small right para central T12-L1 disc extrusion without central canal stenosis. Small central disc protrusion L1-L2 without significant central canal stenosis or abutment of traversing nerve roots. Circumferential disc bulging L3-S1 levels without central canal stenosis.
Possible effacement of exiting left L5 nerve root in its exit foramen secondary to a foraminal disc osteophyte complex.
What does all of this mean to me? Is there anything I can do to relief the pain in my back?
