Starting Last Night, I Was Having Gerd So I Took

starting last night, i was having gerd so i took a pepcid , then i became sob while just sitting on the couch. when i went to bed i was suddenly sweating excessively all night long. this morning i felt fine when i woke up, laid around most of the day and when i went to shower, became lightheaded in the shower. now i am at work and walked to another department and am feeling sob again which has never happened.
