Sudden Onset Pain In Both Hips And Groin Especially At

sudden onset pain in both hips and groin especially at night when sleeping on either side (better when flat on my back which I don't like) lasting approx. six months. Worse during period or full bladder. I did have an injury prior to pain from hitting tailbone area from center pole on ski boat when captain accelerated fast. This injury cause large bruise in area which healed after 3 weeks but then hip/groin pain started. May or may not be related. Also worse after sitting, hard to stand-up. Painful to climb stairs Feels better to stand. Walking is ok but after 20 min of walking pain develops and hips become week.
