Suggest Remedy For Spotting After Periods

i am 25 years old and i usually miss about 2 periods per year. My period is usually healthy and last for about 4-5 days. however on nov. 03rd, i started spotting with all the symptoms of a period and on Nov. 05th my period came as expected and lasted until nov. 08th. However, the spotting never stopped. today is nov. 23rd and the blood is not brown, it looks normal, it doesn't have an odor or any other discharge and i don't have any abdominal pain. i have one sex partner but the last time we had sex was late july. i lost my virginty to him less than 2 years ago and we rarely have sex.
