Suggest Remedy For The Lump On Forehead

I fell on the garage floor 6 weeks ago. The lump on my forehead has not gone away. All other bruises are gone. I have been putting cold pac on it everyday. I am on warfarin for blood thinning. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of the lump (horn)??
