Suggest Treatment For Circumcision

I had circumcision 5 days ago (medical reason). I've had considerable (awake at night) discomfort and swelling. When I stand I feel as though the penis has a weight pulling. Some bleeding still, plus unusual smell. Dr said it OK but didn't actually look.
