Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

I sleep on my rt. side, and my shoulder is painfull and there is always numbness ot night and a.m. pins and needles in the numb hand most of the day too, the last 2 nites I slept or tryed most of the nite to sleep on the other side is some relief and less sore, the week before this started so bad I was weeding the front flower beds
