Super Itchy Skin Especially At Night. I Have A Localized

super itchy skin especially at night. i have a localized rash on my neck n one on inside of elbow this rash started in 2010 after i went to Florida i think. my scalp is also super itchy at night. rest ofbody itchy as well n have troubles sleeping have a sun spot in temple changed colour started itching n puffing scratched it it peeled pussed n scabbed. There are other problems im having but i thought to start asking here
