Swelling, Pain, Redness On Left Ring Finger. Started Yesterday With

swelling, pain, redness on left ring finger. started yesterday with slight pain, swelling and a bump underneath my ring. unable to remove my ring. over the last couple hours it got progressively more swollen and painful, spreading onto the top of my hand. a slight red line is visible on the top of my hand. my ring at this time is cutting pretty deep into my skin. I don't have an open wound or anything open.
