Taking Zeloda 2000 Mg Bid. Recently Reduced To 1500 Mg

taking zeloda 2000 mg bid. recently reduced to 1500 mg bid. 6 months . iv chemo 6 cycles, remission . now 30 min avastin every 21 days . 3 cycles completed 3 more to go some side effects have gone away. but hand foot sybdrome has appeared and blinding migraine sometimes daily, at least every other day. pre existing buldging disc c-3 and nerve damage. taking 5/325 hydro bid. taken this drug before for buldging disc so familar . non alcohol user. should I ask for increase in hydro to tid or perhaps supplement with tylenol 3 ? colerectal to liver stage 4. really hurting.
