Thank U Sir, My Submission Is Iam 45 Year Old

thank u sir, my submission is iam 45 year old lady has undergone total thyroidectomy with mrnd in 2002( 14 years) and continuously using thyronorm (past different) present dosage is 150 mcg only (present) and sandocal 500 mcg per day (middle i have neuro problesm and used tablets iscahmeic changes tablets neuromet, propronolal for 3 years )(and iam having severe migrain before periods )and present my latest ecg shown sinus rhythm.... normal P axis, v - rate 50-99 st elev, probable normal early repol pattern ........... st elevation , age - < 55. pls answer
