Thank You. I Have Had Difficulty The Last 2 Months

thank you. I have had difficulty the last 2 months trying to come up with words. I know what I want to say, I can picture an object but cannot come up with the word. Some other odd things are occasional dizzines, occasional nausea and permanently food and drinks taste weird.
