I have niece 25 years old, herself a doctor just finished her intership,she has been diagnosed as having necrotising granolumatous lymphadenitis in left cervical and supraclav LN biopsy.She had history of fever of 4 weeks duration touching 101---102F. There is a shotty 1 cm ln palpable on the opposite supraclav and neck not very tender .No cough .chest xray ,abdominal HRCT normal.there is weight loss 5 kg in 4 weeks.Family history of pul TB is positive.
How do we go about?
