thankyou, just had a friend had a infracolic omentectomy, pelvic lymphadectomty, peritoneal biopsies and radic hysterectomty. my question is this; would these procedures for positive diagnosis or precautionary procedures. it seems very radical to me. i understand these procedures, however, i believe my friend is not that aware as to the nature. can you please advise.
