my husband was recently diagnosed borderline diabetic, however he has had for a long time now swollen feet, he cant wear the same pair of shoes ,,he is in pain often ,tingling feet pain and numb toes and fingers,, he needs to be educated on this because its getting worse. he doesn't know who to see .primary care Dr, didnt say too much.. any advice will help, thanks Kathy
