The Ball Of My Right Foot Is Painful To Walk

the ball of my right foot is painful to walk on just lately. I do have a very large bunion and the toe next to my big toe is raised up and hammered. I've recently been on my feet a lot more than usual. should I get this looked at or will it go away with ice and staying off it?
