The Crown Of My Head Toward The Back On The

the crown of my head toward the back on the left side is numb when I press on my fore head on the left side right above the eyebrow on the hairline I feel an electrical pull from the spot I am touching to the spot that is numb. I do have spina bifida and lumbar connectivity could those have something o do with the cause of this?
