The Doctor Has Prescribeted Me Zanax For Anxiety Attacks And

the doctor has prescribeted me zanax for anxiety attacks and deep depression also he upped my prozac from 20-40 mg a day. i have been under so much stress these last few months and lost my brother january1st. I cant seem to get my self to quit having these crying spells all of a sidden they come on me but i dont want to get hooked on this pill i have taken antidepressants for seceral years but but the last 8-9 months they dont seem to help. can you give me any advice please?
