The Last 2 Days I Have Had What Started Out

the last 2 days i have had what started out as feeling like something was lodged in my esophagus right around the center of my chest and it has made it hard to swallow food and swallowing water i feel the discomfort. Tonight, i have had more to the right center area of my chest, a shooting cramp feeling and at the same time i get that same reflux feeling without the burning up the esophagus but the feeling stays in the one spot in my chest. I am not able to swallow all of my saliva, it just stays in the back of my mouth. My left arm feels like it asleep and is tingling and my whole chest feels heavy. I hae acid relfux and was diagnosed with pre cancer after a endoscopy procedure done 4 years ago and then again 1 year ago which still showed the same pre cancerous results.
