The Last 3 Days, I Have Been Experiencing Light Nausea

the last 3 days, i have been experiencing light nausea and feeling like i'm going to pass out when i move my head left, right up or down; i've had vertigo and that isn't what it feels like; i had surgery L5, S1 in November, still recovering; i also had an encounter with our rooster who "spurred" my right foot and caused 3 puncture wounds week-before-last and it is still healing. Should i go to the urgent care or ?? and be checked?
