The Last 6 Months My Arms Have Gotten Very Weak.

the last 6 months my arms have gotten very weak. the upper part of my arms ache accompany a sharp like or burning like pain from my shoulder straight across line to the middle of my chest. both arms are effected but the burning sensation or sharp like pain is I think only on right, and my arms feel like there coming out of the socket or they want to. along with between arm connecting to body hurt
