The Last Week I Have Been Getting Pains In My

the last week I have been getting pains in my ears and I woke up this morning with really bad ear ache and I can't really hear much out of them, the pain is quite bad, I've put some ear drops in to see if they will help. I take cinnarizine for dizziness but I'm just wondering if I can take paracetamol or ibroprofen with them?
