The Patient Is 50yrs Lady, She Was Suffering Renal Stone

the patient is 50yrs lady, she was suffering renal stone problem for 5 months, then she takes conservative treatment for renal stone according to doctor suggestion, but recently she also find another problem that is mild hepatomegaly due to fatty change..(USG)... now what can i do....??
