The Right Side Of My Face Is Swollen. The Swelling

the right side of my face is swollen. the swelling goes up to my eye with a little sack like spot under the eye. the swelling is from the nose over towards my ear. my top lip is also swollen. it all started like an allergy related - eyes watering, ear drainage some congestion. saw the doctor on wed. he give me a z pack. the swelling got worse on thursday, and i revisted the doctor today. they did exray of the face and a blood work. they found nothing. he had perscribed moxifloxacin and methylprednisololne. most of the pressure that I was first feeling has gone away for the most part but the swelling is still there. I dont notice much on the gums of my mouth but just above the gum line and close to my nose is a spot that is very tender. everyone that has seen me says it looks like i have been stung. any ideas if this continues what i sould do.
