the thyroid gland is enlarged on size with the right lobe measuring 5.47 x 1.72 x 2.21 cm and the left lobe measuring 5.31 x 2.09 x 2.13 cm (CC x W x AP). The isthmus is thickened. The parenchyma is heterogeneous with normal vascularity on color Doppler interrogation. No distinct focal lesions are detected. No calcification are seen.
