The Top Of My Head Hurts It Is Near The

the top of my head hurts it is near the back crown and is very painful to the touch I did have a fall a while back and found myself on the floor, I don't know how long I was laying there nor do I remember falling but my head felt a little tender when I did get up..my head had a bump but didn't seem to bother me then but now it has started to hurt and I am getting bad pain and headaches
