There Is A Bulging On Left Back Shoulder With Tingling

there is a bulging on left back shoulder with tingling when i bend my neck ... when i push the bulge back theres no more tingle.. tingle is in arm and fingers.. when i push the shoulder back i hear a pop... the knot feels like a join/ bone or something.. it feels sore but not hurting...fels like maybe out of joint but not sure
