There Is A Skin Hanging Off My Tonsil, What Is

there is a skin hanging off my tonsil, what is this? can anyone tell me please? and also there is a small lump on my soft palate beside my tonsil. moreover my both tonsils are enlarged littler... I have mild ear pain and neck pain not severe...and the pain sometimes come and went away and again come,this condition is from last one monthh.... I am taking antibiotics for this but not improve my condition! and I have also post nasal drip....
