There Is Some Orange Stains In My 7 Year Old

there is some orange stains in my 7 year old daughter's under garments for 2 days.... today when she passed stool i observed oily,orange floatings in the toilet,no pain or any other symptoms.She is quite active.(history of consuming fish,chicken etc 2days before)
