There Is This Pain Inside My Vagina And When I

there is this pain inside my vagina and when I pin pointed it, it felt like a scab on the inside a little bump that when touched or irritated caused pain. I could not peel the scab off and cannot see what it looks like. should I be concerned? what should I do?
