There Was A Trolley Rolling Really Fast Towards An Expensive

there was a trolley rolling really fast towards an expensive car so I ran to save it and as I pushed the trolley it flicked up and hit me in the chest really hard, I'm struggling to breath and am in a lot of pain when I walk, this happened last night and the pain is getting worse moving and breathing is a struggle, what should I do?
