Theres A Tiny Lump On The Upper Right Side Of

theres a tiny lump on the upper right side of my waist, like a very tiny ball. doesnt hurt. its probably a sore. its not the first time i've gotten a lump. they usually go away but this one has been around for sometime. seems to be decreasing tho. should i be concerned?
