This Am I Shot Up Meth W/the Same Needle Have

this am i shot up meth w/the same needle have been using that was new two days ago its a small tip and when i shot this am it slipped some and shot into my arm but i also got meth well I just noticed my left foot and ankle is swollen what can i do because theres no way i can go to the ER
