This Is Currently My 3rd UTI In Less Than 6

this is currently my 3rd UTI in less than 6 months, this time around i have blood that i can see in my urine. Should i try and wait a few days for the symptoms to pass as i do not want to take too many antibiotics , knowing that i have taken a 3day course of antibiotics during my 2nd UTI that has happened this month.
I am worried this 3rd UTI that i has not been diagnosed yet might be the sign of "macroscopic haematuria".
What should i do?
