This Is For A Vet But Here Goes. My Dog

this is for a vet but here goes. my dog just bit the head of my kitten. The kitten is in major trauma and her neck flops to the side but she is breathing and moves her tail when I stroke her. She can also move her legs. If I leave her in quiet comfort will she heal?
