This Is For My 87 Year Old Dad. He Is

this is for my 87 year old dad. he is in ass't living. on his birthday, last thursday, we went to take a picture and he winced when i put my arm around him. i discovered a large bump behind his right ear. purplish and a small wound in the middle. i asked if he had fallen and they weren't sure. he is not able to get around without help, but they didn't know what happened. when i went in today, the bump is bigger, as is the wound. should i take him to urgent care? also, it is a snow storm where we are so it is a struggle with his lack of mobility, but i will do what needs to be done. your help is appreciated
