This Is For My Daughter.she Is 2yr And 4months Old.she

this is for my daughter.she is 2yr and 4months old.she is of low birthweight.(2kg)now she is of 10 kg only.she is taking food well and is very active.and she is daycare going.her problem is repeated fever and cough.every month she gets fever and cough, .taking antibiotis.calpol,and cough syrup.but now before two weeks she had a fever and fits(first time)and hospitalised for 3 days with antibiotic injection.then discharged doctor asked to continue antibiotic for three days.during this time she has got cough with wheezing.again consulted a Dr and taken antibiotis with nebulisation.she became well.but again on 23rd march she got fever and then loose motion(3or 4times a )day consulted the Dr .he prescribed neutrolin B ,calpol, ors and zinc dry powder(for suspension)she has taking lots of water and taking food .now she has no fever.but she is sleepy and inactive.what should i do?is there any other disease.?
