This Is The Third Day In A Row That Ive

this is the third day in a row that ive been getting pins and needles in my lips and jaw. my arms and legs tend to get that feeling often now as well. whether im sitting or lying, it happens. i get very light headed everytime i get up and walk. but i even take my time as to make sure its not just a head rush. what could this be?
