This Started Yesterday And Is Progressively Getting Worse Now With

this started yesterday and is progressively getting worse now with pain. I have never had brown clumpy discharge and I see somethings are possible like before and after periods. I jsut ended mine on January 12th. I figured this was a possibility but now with pain in my vagina with it going towards my buttock on the inside. and just using the potty and it completely covering the toilet paper and also in the toilet worries me. I have a history of having vaginitis. I no longer have an obgyn the was closed down. in the process of looking for a new one. please help me.
