Three Month Old Baby With Only Average One Stool A

three month old baby with only average one stool a day, loose, pea green. She strains a lot to pass gas and face turns very; red as straining to have a BM. Is gaining weight pediatrician doesn't seem concerned. I am the grandma and am concerned about all of the straining to have liquid pea green stools.
