Through Ultrasound Reports, I Have Found That , I Have

through ultrasound reports, i have found that , i have multiple follicles in both the ovaries and my left ovary is slightly bigger that right one. i have a regular menstruation cycle, trying to conceive for last three month. please let me confirm about my physical problem, and remedy, if any.
