Tiered....constantly Yesterday I Was Seeing Like Silver Screen Blotches Big

tiered....constantly yesterday I was seeing like silver screen blotches big could not see full objects.like I was trying to look around a post I was at work I then found myself concentrating on a paper could not remember who it was on the paper I just kept focusing on the name I couldn't remember who the name went with. I know this person very well but just could not remember. my right knee feels like theres water on it feels fat, this along with a dull constant head ache, I came home took Tylenol 1000 and went to sleep
I can remember today but just feel off. I know it kinda scared me that I couldn't place this person I know well......im 5'3 117 lbs usually very healthy im 53
