Today My Dr Gave Me Results Of Blood Test Ebv

today my dr gave me results of blood test ebv antibiodies:normal value 18, mine 600.0!! CMV is 5.30 Has told me to get Black Elderberry caps,take 1500mg/cap 3xdaily for 1-2 m0nths.I have a Viral Invasion he says.I also have severe hypothyrid,my thyroid is only 1/3 normal size per ultra sound last week. Is this Rx sound practice? I am 69 yrsold and a tired,retired R.N. I need advise please & thank you. Nurse LeAnn
