Today My Husband Had Both Ears Cleaned At The Dr.

today my husband had both ears cleaned at the Dr. Office. He used a tool,, not flush. A big piece of wax came out of each. That was about 11 am... at 9 pm his left ear is bleeding. He is on coumadin. Should I take him to the urgent care? He said there is no pain.
