Tomorrow I Am Scheduled For A Cortisone Shot In My

tomorrow I am scheduled for a cortisone shot in my wrist tendon....it's the one that runs closest to the thumb and hurts when I bend my wrist in the down position, also hurts when I try and hold a jar, and sometimes just burns and hurts at rest. My doc suggested a cortisone shot. He said it works 70% of the time and perhaps I would need a total of two. I have had this condition since April. Saw a chiro initially, and for the last 3 months have been wearing a soft wrist wrap/support at night and 90% of the day time. Do you recommend I get the shot?
