Took Plan B Less About 12 Hours After Unprotected Sex,

took plan b less about 12 hours after unprotected sex, however I think it was close to my ovulation date (by a day or two). About 5-6 days after taking plan b, I had some pink discharge followed by heavy red bleeding with clots, similar to a period even though my period wasn’t due for another 12 days. The blood was enough to fill up tampons and lasted for 2 days. Now I have very light discharge again. What could this mean?
