Trying To Make A Judgement Call We Have A 17

trying to make a judgement call we have a 17 year old female who has been having headaches, dizziness erratic blood pressure, passing out, and graying spells. Pain in head, She has had blood draws, showing nothing abnormal, has been in ER on several occasions, has had an MRI which shows just impacted sinus, is scheduled for a EEG on Friday, We live in small town with small hospital, which after several visits revert her back to primary dr. she passed out at school today and we called doctor,and being told just to keep her relaxed till Friday. Her head is still hurting and we are trying to decided whether to take her to a neighboring hospital, do you have a suggestion. BP is a factor also, as it fluctuate mostly high then normal for age. any suggestions offered?
