Twice Today I Rubbed My Eye (wearing Soft Contact Lenses)

twice today i rubbed my eye (wearing soft contact lenses) and I shed tears of blood. the only reason I noticed was because the contact got cloudy from it. this happened twice on a day I was wearing soft contact lenses about a month ago. This has never happened to me before and I'm wondering if it's the new brand of lenses? is that possible?
